The ROOX Agency is located in the heart of the city of Tulare, CA. Our company is managed by Euler Torres, Esau Torres, Arturo Torres, and our newest member Jose Arias. The Torres brothers are from Tulare, CA and in the early part of their lives, they traveled around the country as Los Malandrines – a Latin music band. Over the 18 years of their music career, they produced 14 records and opened for big-name artists like Los Tigres Del Norte. As each member of the band started to settle down and start their own family, the Torres brothers returned home to Tulare and started their own marketing & promotions company that specialized in assisting companies to reach and connect with the Hispanic demographic. Locally, The ROOX Agency has helped other organizations with their reach, such as Family HealthCare Network, Adventists Health, Fresno State University, Univision, and San Bernardino State University.

One of their proudest accomplishments came in 2016 when they were hired by the Hilary Clinton campaign to increase Latino voter registration in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Through their efforts, Hispanic voter’s registration increased by an unpreceded 400%! The Torres brothers and The ROOX Agency share an equal love for their community and make continual efforts to give back when and whenever they can. Euler is the president of the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) Valle de San Joaquin and has been instrumental in helping launch a LULAC Summer Music Program for the children of Tulare County.

In May of 2019, The ROOX Agency helped their client, San Bernardino State University, put on a concert with La Original Banda El Limon as an Outreach to their existing & future Latin students that was a massive success and they’re already planning their event for this year (2020).  We are also working with the 2020 Census to help register citizens and capitalize on the government funding for our Tulare County cities. In September of 2019, The ROOX Agency with collaboration with the Rawhide Stadium procreated and promoted an event called MicheFest to celebrate the National Hispanic Heritage month making a massive success.
